What we store
- Discord user IDs and display names of players who join queues — needed for ratings and leaderboards.
- Match records: participants, teams, results, rating changes, timestamps.
- Server configuration: queues, channels created by the bot, language, rank roles, webhooks and API token hashes (tokens are stored hashed, never in plain text).
- For dashboard sign-in: your Discord ID, username and an OAuth token with
identifyandguildsscopes, held in a session cookie.
What we never read or store
Message content. The bot receives message events to keep queue messages visible, but has no access to what anyone writes. No email addresses, no payment data.
Public data
Leaderboards and player profiles (display name, rating, match record) are public web pages for communities that use QueueForge — same information visible to anyone inside the Discord server.
Sharing
We do not sell or share data with third parties. Webhooks send match events only to endpoints configured by the server’s own administrators.
Deletion
Removing the bot stops all collection for that server. Server administrators can request full data deletion, and individual players can request removal of their records, via the contact channels at queueforge.space.
