Terms of Service

1. The service

QueueForge provides competitive matchmaking for Discord servers: queues, skill ratings, leaderboards, an API and webhooks, plus a web dashboard at app.queueforge.space. The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.

2. Acceptable use

Don’t abuse the service: no fake result reporting rings, no attempts to overload or break the API (rate limits apply), no use that violates Discord’s Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. Server administrators are responsible for how QueueForge is configured in their communities.

3. Your data

Match results, ratings and related records belong to the community that produced them. Server administrators can export data via the public API at any time and may request deletion (see Privacy Policy).

4. Availability & changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change. Material changes to these terms will be announced on our website; continued use means acceptance.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QueueForge is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
